That said, I would like to commend one of your online representatives with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with on a number of occasions. I know him only as "Leon."

But I felt compelled to write and let you know how much I have been impressed by Leon, his attentiveness to any problems, his knowledge of where to go to get answers to questions not at his fingertips, his genuine politeness all somehow shine through in all of my online encounters with him.

  As I am sure you know, yours is a very competitive business, and, at least as far as this patron is concerned, online customer support agents like Leon are the decisive factor of where to go to game.

  At a land casino, a particularly helpful or outstanding employee - whether a dealer, a cocktail waitress or a pit boss - is easily rewarded with a tip.
